Well, as a medical tourism agent I find myself waiting for that lead... Excited once I hear that iPhone email sweet sound informing me that a new lead just came in, adrenaline rush :-)
Now the journey begins. Contacting gently with no pressure and hoping that the patient will communicate.
Some optimism is a must in this occupation ha?
